Hola. Me llamo Loca uwu

Royal Advisor of the USUK Kingdom, but I ship everything in F.A.C.E., so be wary of that.

I belong to many fandoms, and I will belong to many more.

I can be found in Massachusetts, where I obsess over coffee and have intense sports pride.

What your most likely to see here is Naruto, Hetalia, stupid irrelevant posts, and sparks of Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Black Butler or Danny Phantom.

This is also an advice blog, so don't be shy~!

And I currently ship too many things to have an OTP uwu

Anonymous asked : I feel ugly and gross because of my obesity. I'm roughly a hundred pounds overweight and I'm tired of diet and food plans. I did Weight Watchers and lost 35 pounds but I think I almost gained it all back for being careless. I hate looking in the mirror being reminded of this and try to do Weight Watchers, but my mom makes it more like a chore and obligation then something that could be fun. I want to just love my body the way it is but I just feel so unattractive and gross. I'm fat and lazy.

Now now, if you want to get better, something I suggest is not to be so hard on yourself. You gotta be strict, but not inhumane as to call yourself such things.

Weight Watchers is an efficient and fun system to use for weight loss, so if your mother is making it a chore and un-fun for you, you need to tell her it’s defeating the purpose. The more hardcore serious you take your weight-loss, the more manic you can become about it. You’ll become so serious that you won’t bother to schedule in relaxing and resting, which is the second most important part of weight loss.

The first is routine. Obviously, if you want successful results it’s imperative to stick to routine. But because of the Weight Watchers point system, it’s okay to treat yourself here and there. Late night snacking isn’t recommended though. Actually snacking isn’t even that great of a habit.

Doctors are always going to give you a bunch of terms to describe weight - “underweight, overweight, obese, target, etc” - but as long as you’re happy and not in health danger, then you’re more than okay.

It’s amazing that you want to love your body. You’re already very beautiful, everyone is, you just want to get a little healthier is all, see it as that. You’re not “unattractive” or “gross”. You’re a remarkable, beautiful young person who just needs a little motivation to accomplish your goals.

If you ever need motivation or inspiration, I’m here for you. I’m a personal trainer for my friends, so a little tip would be that a nice walk around the block, some sit-ups or crunches when you’re bored or have spare time - those things can actually become a great habit and go a long way. You’ll be healthy and happier in no time, beautiful~! Just have faith!<3
