If you’re confused about the happiness thing - I find that a lot of people prefer ignorance and happiness over intelligence and woe. My teachers have always told me I know too much, especially the ones I hardly talk too. They wish I could just be a loud and goofier kid, less serious about school work.
It’s nearly impossible to be wicked smart and educated about how the world works, and be happy with it. How Albert Einstein did it, I’ll never know.
